mostaccioli and fried chicken for 40

05/17/09 		I am planning a graduation party for 40 people. I am serving fried chicken , mostaccioli, potato salad and baked beans. I have ordered 60 pc.chicken.I'm not sure how much mostaccioli and potato salad to make? I will be serving mostaccioli in electric roaster, any tips? I don't want it to dry out or overcook. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

05/18/09 		If it is teens, I would order 80 pieces of chicken. I would make 1 1/2 gallons potato salad and 7-8 pounds dry pasta.
