If your other information is as distorted as the story about Anazazi bean, then you can keep it. |

This person did not include an email address or any information about what they disagreed with. I do extensive research on my articles and am ALWAYS willing to revise if the article needs top be corrected. |

Dear Ellen, Do you know where I can buy anazazi beans? I live in Arizona. None of the health food stores seem to be carrying them. |

Bob' Red Mill, a common health food store brand, packs these beans and any store that carries this brand can order them for you- you might have to get a case, 12 ppunds, but they are so delicious, you won't be sorry. You might even consider making bean soup mixes for simple Christmas gifts. You can also order on line. |

I buy anazazi beans at Whole Foods Market here in Albq. I've been looking for some recipes. |

They can be used in any recipe for pink beans, or pintos such as my lowfat crockpot freezable refried beans.http://www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/oamc/burrito.html#refried But I especially recommend my rather lengthy but startlingly delicious, cassoulita: http://www.ellenskitchen.com/recipebox/beanspeas2.html#cassoulita |
