05/21/09 		The fruit discussion is entirely covered on the fruit tray page trays, salads, etc. For breakfast casserole ideas, see the festive family brunch for 100 and the breakfast planning page. Consider doing quiches, breakfast impossible pies or only part with sausage- not everyone likes sausage in the morning.

I always put out about 2 dozen hardboiled eggs and some sugar-free yogurt for the folks who need a simpler breakfast.
