I am grilling chicken/bone-in and baking ham for a gathering. How much do I need of both? |

Because you have to give folks their first choice, you make 30 servings of each. That is 1/3 the amount for 100 in the plan for 100 tables, which cover these items. |

How much chicken and ham for 50 people I'm catering a southern meal for a family gathering. I want to make certain that I have enough but I certainly do not want to over do it. How much chicken and ham would I need for 50 people? I'm also cooking pot.salad, mac and cheese, green beans, banana pudding, rice. I know this is asking a lot but I can use any help that you are willing to offer. Thank you so much!!!! |

I would do 1 piece of chicken per person plus 10% extra PLUS 3 ounces ready to eat boneless ham per person, which is 4 people per pound one the ham unless you buy ready to serve. All the other items are covered in the plan for 100 list, just use 1/2 the amount for 100. 4-5 9x13 pans banana pudding. |

BBQ chicken would be great with the potato bar. I would get 5 bags of thighs- they are 18 pieces per bag- with a full potato bar, that would be plenty for 80 people. |
