I have a menu planned for 165 people. I would like to find out how much I need. Brats, hamburgers, raw vegetables carrots, cucumbers, green peppers, fresh fruit I want to cut up, 3 bean salad, potato salad, pork and beans. Can yoiu help me. |

165 is basically 1 2/3 times 100. When I do this type menu, I do 1 patty plus 1 brat per person, plus 10%, and I don't run out. Rolls. Sandwich condiments on the sandwich event page. Specifics on fruit and veggies on the fruit tray and veggie tray pages. 4-4 1/2 gallons potato dsalad per 100 people, 3 gallons each 4 bean and pork and beans per 100 people. |
