Cooking for 170 People

Hi Ellen,

I am cooking for 170 people. Dinner at 6:45 p.m. A am cooking Fried Chicken - 300 pieces
Mashed Potatoes Pearls - 6 Bags feeds 35 per bag
Gravy - 3 Gallons
Green Beans - 6 #10 Cans
Corn - 6 #10 Cans
Mostacholi with meat sauce - ??
Salad - 6 extra large catering salad bowls
Rolls - 125 rolls
Please look this over and advise me if the quantities are correct and how much mostacholi I would need since we have 3 other sides. Thank you so much for your help.

Looks pretty good, I would do 15 pounds dry pasta, people will take it as a side dish as well as as an entree.
