I am catering a wedding of 160 I have all my other portions but not for prawns. I will be doing some on skewers (2 to a skewer(160) I want some cold with cocktail sauce and some warm with garlic butter these are appies so I know I don't need tonnes but a ruff idea of how many pounds would be wonderful! With three appetizers of prawns you will need about 6 ounces per person edible, or double the amounts listed in the plan for 100 page for shrimps/ prawns (look under meats and entrees). People love shrimps and prawns and eat them greedily- put them toward the back middle of the table. |
