Fruit Pizza

05/29/09 		I am having a graduation party and we are making fruit pizza instead of ordering a cake. We are planning on 200-250 people. How many pizzas should I make. I can get 24 pieces out of one rectangle pan. Please give me some advice.

05/29/09 		Is this a 9x13 pan? If so, I would only count on 12 teen type servings per pan. For other size baking sheets there is quite a thorough table at the end of the dessert bar article.
