05/29/09 		I am doing a taco bar for my sons graduation party. I am only serving beef but I will be having soft shells and bags of chips for walking tacos how many shells and bags of chips should I buy. I am planning on around 400 guests.

05/29/09 		If you have 400 teens and corn chips, you need 8 pounds of chips per 100 teens- they will all eat them! I allow 2 crispy shells and 2 soft shells per each person.

06/04/09 		I am also having tacos for my daughers graduation. I am having soft shells, hard shells and all the fixings, tom, lettuce, cheese, sour cream..etc...I saw the vegetarian ingredients for tacos-but I am having hamburger. I have about 200 people coming and would appreciate any help.
