I am having a grad party for my twins. We are having pulled pork sandwiches, pasta salad, veg. tray, fruit tray, baked beans. How much meat do I need and what kind should I use? How do I prepare this much and how long before the party can I prepare this. Can I freeze after making and then reheat. Please help me. Thank you! |

See the recipe for pulled pork on the thread. Pork butt/ shoulder is the cut you want. Freeze in sauce. Thaw in the refrigerator. Reheat tightly covered at 350, oven is fine, then transfer to chafers or roaster to serve. |

Pulled Pork and Chicken Sandwiches for 100 I'm making pulled pork and chicken for a high school reunion. There will be around 100 attending and I need to know how much pork and chicken I will need. As we are in our 60's I know we eat less than when we graduated. Will have beans, potato salad, cake, rolls, appitizers to go with it. Thank you for helping me out, reunion is the 25th |

I would get 1 piece of chicken per person PLUS 4 ounces ready to eat pulled pork per person. If you are cooking the pork from raw that is about 2 pounds well-trimmed raw boneless for each 7 people. |
