Hi Ellen,
I'm doing breakfast for 225, approximately 175 adults and 50 children under the age of 12. Here is my menu, how much do I need of each thing? Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, baked beans, coffee and orange juice.

You are in luck, I have posted a whole section on planning breakfast for 100, the link is in the Big Pots section, about 1/2 way down. I would count this as 200 adults-

Don't forget the tea and herb tea, there is info about that in the beverage planning section- you need more for breakfast than dinners, it gives both.\\If you do the bacon is the oven it is faster, safer and easier. To reduce rooloing (pieces look nicer) soak the raw bacon in plain water for 30 minutes before cooking,. For extra yum, sprinkle on a light coating of cinnamon sugar.

I just love breakfasts...
