Lobster Tails

07/06/09 		Hello Ellen, I have been asked to prepare lobster tails for an employee christmas party. Do you have any suggestions with regards to quantity, preparation, holding and serving. I am told to plan on 120 people, the 2nd meat choice has yet to be decided. I very much enjoy this site and prepared the make ahead mashed potatos for a wedding in April for 225 people, they turned out great and every one raved. THanks so much for taking such good care of all of us!
