I am having a finger foods after a wedding outside. The food will be served outside in the hot weather around 12:00 --temp easy 92 degrees. So many dip have sour cream and mayonnaise that it could easily spoil. I would like for it to look nice. Any suggestions ? |

Nest each bowl inside a larger bowl of ice. Remove anything that is not chilled after 1 hour over 90 degrees. You can also freeze water in large baggies flat and place these in the bottom of large pans or bowls to chill the contents. |
