fund raiser for cancer patient

07/20/09 		I am helping with a fund raiser for a family member that has cancer we are planning the meal and I'm looking for a good salad recipe that is easy and something other than pasta we are planning on feeding 800 people. Thanks for any help

07/20/09 		A chili feast, baked potato bar, or a taco bar would be good choices. Both these There are a lot of salad recipes for 100 on site, as well as directions for various green salads under the plan for 100 page.
