Hello, My brother and I are catering a 50th wedding anns'. Probably 3/4 of the attending group are elders 72yrs plus. Meal, (for what ever reason)is to be searved from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm. What percentage cut back should we calculate for late meal and the elders. Menu cold cut sandwich; Ham, Beef,&Turkeyloaf.Potatoe and pasta salad. sweet and dill pickles, cheese tray cup cake cake dessert coffee tea punch. We truly believe the common #'s for this are definitley too high. Again, some guide line. Thank you, I'm Fammished Catering |

I figure 2/3 of the amounts for a full meal when doing a between-meal reception or event. Except for beverages, and with these elders you do want coffee, but mostly decaf. |
