Please tell me how much of each thing on the menu to feed 100 people. 80 adults 20 children. MAIN DISHES BBQ Chicken I think about 140 pieces? Baked Ziti SIDES Baked Beans buttered corn niblets Pasta Salad Tossed Salad Rolls Rosemary potatoes Pistachio Salad Glorified Rice

Is this ziti with meatballs and cheese, or no meat? You have to let me know so I can estimate. Except for the main dish combo, ALL the sides are listed on the plan for 100 page, and you can easily estimate yourself, just use the 100 number. For the potatoes, use 2/3 the amount for 100, for rice, use 1/2 the amount for 100. You will have some left, but everyone will get their first choice. For the appetizers, use 1 of my relish trays for 60, 8 pounds each cheese and thin sliced pepperoni and 6 pounds crackers, 3 times the fruit tray for 25 and veggie tray for 50-60 with ranch dressing- you will have veggies left with all that other good stuff. So write back. If you feel unsure after your estimates, post them and I will check them for you. |

We are serving a lite dinner of chicken/pasta salad, and chicken salad plus heavy cheeses, meat tray, cookie tray, wine and beer for 125 people. How much of the salads do we need as they are basically the main course. Thanks!! |

The meat tray will attract as the main course, you want at least 3 ounces per person plus rolls and condiments, and I would add sliced cheeses for sandwiches as well as the cubes. Chicken salad, 3-4 gallons if you do that much meat, pasta salad, 4 1/2 gallons. |
