08/10/09 		How much deli meat would I need for wedding reception for 200 people. I want to use deli ham and deli turky breast for sandwiches. I will be using party bakery buns.

08/10/09 		See the sandwich event page. Get turkey for 125 and make sure it is not all smoked. Get ham for 100. Be sure you have cheese also.
