What is the menu including desserts and appetizers, what are the beverages, and how is it being served (buffet, sit down, etc)? It makes a difference. |

I am sorry. It is buffet style. 8:00 PM Saturday evening Menu includes brisket, pork jambalya,green beans, macaroni salad,rolls,fruit tray,vegetable tray, appetizers include meatballs, shrimp dip, crab dib, chicken salad sandwhiches. Wedding cake and groom's cake. Punch, canned beer, and wine. |

Thanks. Assuming the cake is served on plates, per person: Plastic Plates- 2 each dinner size, 2 1/2 each salad/appetizer/cake size Plastic forks, spoons, knifes, 1 1/2 knives, 2 spoons, 3 forks Napkins- 4 each, or three regular and 2 cake Cups- 2 clear 8 ounce for wine and punch, 1 regular 8-12 ounce for water, beer, etc. You should talk them into adding dinner coffee service as described on my beverage planning page. 100 hot cups per 100. Caterers buy from suppliers who will let them return unopened packs of napkins, etc. |

Ellen I wanted to just say thanks for such a great website. I am doing the reception food for my son's wedding in June next summer, the kids just gave me their menu, and I was able to check out everything on your pages. I have bookmarked this site for future use. |
