Country breakfast for 90 teachers

I am feeding 90 teachers breakfast on Monday, August 17th and need to know how many eggs I need for scrambled eggs, how much bacon and how many potatoes for skillet fried potatoes. What is the best way to cook these items and keep them warm. Thanks!

See the breakfast planning page. Also the recipe in the egg section of the recipe box called "Scrambled eggs that hold". There is also a recipe for oven bacon, much the best way to make this much bacon- it can be cooked in advance and rewarmed. You might consider a cheesy hash brown casseriole instead of fried, much simpler for this size group. The recipe is the last one on the festive family brunch page.
