08/15/09 		Can a nesco 6qt roaster cook fish sticks or frozen dinners? How?

08/15/09 		You preheat covered for at least 15 minutes, use a rack, make sure that the trays or pans leave an inch around the wall to allow heat to circulate. They will be a little more moist/ less crisp than the regular oven.
