rice for 450

08/17/09 		Help, can you tell me the best way to prepare rice for 450 people. we are considering roaster ovens, or cooking ahead of time. our facilities will be in a park with a kitchen, but we are limited on commercial size pans. this is for a wedding reception so we are wanting it to be nice. any advice, and instruction would be appreciated!

08/18/09 		Oh, boy! Oven baking as discussed in my recipe box is the way to go. You do realize that you are talking well over 100 pounds of cooked rice? One roaster only does for about 60-75 people.
