Yes. Just preheat the roaster to the same temp you would use for the oven, for at least 15 minutes. When it is as hot as you want, turn down to 185 to hold. If in foil, the bread will not crisp up or dry out. |

The roaster holds moisture better than a regular oven, that's why it makes such juicy turkeys. I suggest you do one loaf wrapped and one unwrapped as a trial, and see if it is OK with you. It is not soggy, but definitely not toasty crisp, either. Most people like it fine. |
