We are feeding 60 football players/coaches. I want to make potato corn chowder with chicken and am having a hard time figuring out how much to purchase to make enough. Ingredients: chicken, hashbrowns or potatoes, onion, corn, milk, country gravy mix. What do you think? Thank you |

Leisa, make enough for at least 6 gallons. Have at least 12 pounds of french or italian bread. Have a heavy dessert, such as fruit cobbler and ice cream. Marion, at least 1 standard loaf for each 5-56 people if it is the only bread. Butter, 3-4 pounds per 100. |

Tina is this 4 meals, or one meal for 1400? If fruit and cheese are the only foods, such as for a nibble table for the above) about 18 pounds cheese per 100. For the fruits, see the fruit tray page, you want 6 pieces (1 1/2 to 2 ounces edible) per person per hour. |
