Can a lemon mousse be made in advance and frozen? Many vegetable dishes get watery if frozen, but I don't know if that might happen to a mousse. Thanks for any advice. |

I have never tried to freeze a mousse. If I were headed in the cold lemon dessert direction, I would make a lemon sorbet or granita. No risk of dreadful freezer results that way. If I did try freezing it , I would do one family size for practice and not hold it no more than a few weeks if that trial was a success. |

I googled "frozen lemon mousse" and it turnd out there are several recipes, some very attractive with blueberry or raspberry sauce. None of the commentators liked Martha Stewart's though. Try it- |
