How many chicken fingers

09/11/09 		I am helping with a wedding reception for 100 people. We are serving meatballs, lil smokies, tortelli alfredo, and chicken fingers as the main meat dishes. (We are also serving salads, finger sandwiches, various appetizers, and a few other things).

Taking all that into consideration, how many chicken fingers should I prepare?
