I want to make and pre-bake 3-9x12 egg casseroles, and then re-heat them at church for a men's breakfast in the least amount of time. Can it be done...and if so, how? |

It would take almost as long to reheat as to bake fresh, and they do not reheat very well. I would either make about 5 impossible pies (such as cheese and bacon, etc, there are lots of recipes on this site), which do not need to be reheated, or put all the ingredients for each casserole in a gallon ziplock and pour them into the pregreased pans that morning and bake them on site. You can even prep the pans with grease or PAM and a coating of grated Pamesan cheese the night before. |
