Sheet Cake Cheesecake?

09/25/09 		Hey Ellen, is it possible to make a cheesecake in a sheetcake pan? Do you know a receipe you can point me to? I need alot of cheesecake and prefer to make it in the sheetcake pan,but am not sure how to go about it. Thanks,Hailey.

09/25/09 		All the recipes I have are for spingform or glass 9x13.

09/25/09 		You will basically be making a cheesecake bar, like a date bar or brownnie. Same crust, 1 inch layer of filling, slow slow oven, cool the pan in the oven.
