we are planning our daughters wedding and my friend offered to cook the boneless prime rib roasts. we are planning to feed 100 people , i already checked out your large pot recipes and can't seem to fine the # i need thank you |

Did you look at the beef roasting article. Basically for a full party size portion, you need 10 ounces boneless prime rib at a minimum per person, that is 2 pounds raw for every 3 people.. Someone needs to carve and serve, if it is self serve you need even more. |
