Punch with a pink color

10/17/04 		I need a recipe for punch that is pink in color. The occassion is a baby shower (it is a girl) on Sunday (10-24) afternoon and none drinkers. The menu will contain old fashioned tea cakes, crosants with chicken salad, nuts, mints, a cake with heavy frosting and some other like type goodies. More of an upscale shower.

10/18/04 		Several good options:

Raspberry Zinger tea from Celestial Seasonings, sweetened to taste with honey, float an ice ring with raspberries and strawberries frozen in.

Pink lemonade

100% juice in a cherry-based flavor with equal parts ginger ale and soda water, add lemon juice to taste for tang and float raspberrry sherbet instead of ice- very fizzy and pink. Or use sparkling red grape juice for the cherry juice for a deluxe approach.
