Chilli for Party

10/18/04 		I am hosting a Halloween party for 30 or so people. I plan to do the Basic Hamburger Chili recipe with tortillas & dips. My question is: the recipe is for 80 people. Do I just divide the amounts by 2 to cater for 40? Also, anyone any suggestions on other accompaniments? - Thanks

10/18/04 		1/2 should be just right.

Chili toppers:
oyster or soda crackers
grated chedar and/or jack cheese
chopped onion
salsa or pico de gallo or diced toamtoes
beans, if they are not in the recipe already
plain spaghetti (no kidding- Cincinatti custom, and nice for "guts" for Halloween or boiled rice

You have time to make the garlic or horseradish pickle you will find on my chili page, they are great with chili.
