Please!! There must be someone out there in the land of millions of internet users who has one of these and knows a site where I can get a user manual and recipes. Please. Like the other messager, I too moved and lost the manual and now my stove oven is broke and I would like to use this appliance but am too intimidated to just go cold turkey. Would some kind soul please be willing to help. Thanks |

I used a Farberware counter top convection oven for years in a similar situation. The recipes for any convection oven will work. The Home Trends is basically the same model is the galloping gourmet convection oven or the decosonic. You can get the manual here: customwebdesign.tripod.com/perfection_aire_manual.pdf It is a LONG download. |

Do anyone know how to setup this over in order to use all three grate and where does that stand goes, If I could figure that out I could really do my thing. I don't have a manual either brought at garage sale one dollar thought it would be cool. So i guess using it to the best of my knowledge won't go to waste. Use it it will honey,otherwise it will be out the . Any way seems like we won't find a manual. |

Don't have it. Have you checked the sunbeam website? You need the model number (usually on a metal plate on t he back). |

Manual mentions "thaw" setting I don't have. Using low setting -200 plus or minus. O.k? |

The thaw setting has a rotating temp. Low oven setting is definitely not the same. Please refrigerator thaw , microwave thaw, or hot water thaw. |
