I am planning a party for 108 adults and 13 kids and are planning on having. Wennies, meatballs, veggie platter, riggitoni, meat platter of ham, turkey, roast beef and cheese. cheese & crackers, maccoroni salad and potato salad. can you Please help me as to how much I should make for each of these.

I would count this as 110 peoiple unless the kids are teensagers (they count as 2). If you go to the cook talk archive page, you will see all the link buttons for the new plan for 100 sections of the website. There are recipes or amounts for 100 for all the different items you name. Check out the sausage and mozzarella bake in the lotsa pasta page as an alternative to the rigatoni; it is delicious simple, easy to make and to reheat.

Pasta Dinner - Spaghetti, Ravioli, Rigatoni
Our office is planning a Pasta dinner with Spaghetti, ravioli and rigatoni for approximately 60 people. We would like to know how much of each pasta we should have. You answer would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
