11/17/09 		I still need to know how much champagne and how much orange juice when making mimosas for 100. I am also serving fruit tea and coffee. thank you.

11/17/09 		As I said you need 1 cup (8 ounces) per person, The split depends on your recipe; some are more champagne, some are more orange juice.
