I need to make 20 pies through out this week and next week .Will it be okay to prepare the filling ahead for all of the pies.I'm using fresh sweet potatoes. |

The cooked potatoes won't hold, they will sour, even in the refrigerator. When will these be served? How many and how big of ovens do you have to work with? |
