11/29/09 		how many pounds of un-trimed do i need to buy to serve 50 people also there are several other items on the menu the party is for new years buffet style

11/29/09 		Assuming you mean bone in, 1 pound per person is the usual for a party size buffet service dinner. 3/4 pound is about the least, if there are other attractive entrees. People LOVE prime rib and tend to eat a lot of it.
