Homemade manicotti

12/02/09 		I need to make about 30 manicotti. Can I layer one on top of the other to cook them or must I bake in single layers?

12/03/09 		MUCH better done in single layers. If you aregoing to this much trouble, let them be their most beautiful selves for serving.
