I am looking for a source to buy Anastazi Beans. I have seen them referenced in certain recipes including Zoe's Tofu Nuggets, but can not find them in any store. Any body who can suggest a place will be helpbul. |

These are usually spelled anasazi, that might help. They are really delicious. These look a litle like red and white pinto beans, and they are sold packaged by Bob's Red Mill, This brand is available at most natural foods stores, also in bulk sections where these are found.
