I need to know the best cookware for gas stove. I know cast iron is good but is there anything else that will work well with out to much cleaning up afterwards. |

Thin pans burn food and tip over. Heavy multilayer pans with aluminum core for heat distribution and stainless steel interior for reduced food interactions are good, or if you don't svoid sluminum, snocized aluminum.. And if you really hate washing stuch on potd, you could consider the newest non-stick surfaces- they are a kot stirdier than the originals. But it does wear out after a while. |
