looking @ great recipes for "eggs in a mug" done in the microwave...great protein rich meal anytime... hungrygirl site has a lot of them...but they call for liquid egg substitute and i'd rather use real eggs that i'd scramble first...maybe even i yolk and two whites....so can i use real eggs in recipes calling for liquid egg substitute? thanks in advance...sugata |

Absolutely. 1 cup of egg substitute is the same as 5-6 eggs, depending on the size of the eggs. |
