scrambled eggs to feed 100 people

01/12/10 		We are planning on serving scrambled eggs to around 100 people--need a good recipe that will not turn the eggs green----can these be done in necco roasters?

01/13/10 		Yes to the roaster and the scrambled eggs that will hold recipe is already listed in the egg FAQ section of the recipe box. There is also a breakfast planning page to do all the other foods for 100.
