11/12/04 		Koyadofu, freeze-dried tofu slices, is distributed nationally by Eden, the folks who package all the macrobiotic products. Since I can get it here in Texas at the Whole Foods Natural Foods, which is a national chain, you should be able to get it easily in southern California. Some Oriental groceries also have it.
