We are having a fundraiser for 300 people, a sit down chili dinner with tossed salad, bread, dessert. How many serving persons are necessary? Do we need expeditors in the back setting up trays? If so, how many? |

Usual for simple sit down, 8-12 per 100 front, 3 per 100 back. If you put the desserts, breads, salads and beverages on the table at each place before the guests come in, you can do 6-8 front. |
