How much lasagna?

We are offering two pasta entrees on a wedding buffet (we are doing this ourselves) for 150. How many 9x13 pans of lasagna should we prepare? How much penne with alfredo sauce and chicken mixed in? How many meatballs per person?

To serve 2 baked pasta entrees for 150 people, you make about 100 people's worth of the more popular and 70-80 worth of the less popular. You know your guests' tastes, so you decide. For the meatballs, 3-4 ounces per person depending on whether they are appetizer bites or an entree.

The spaghetti page has amounts for 50-100 servings of lasagna.

I am making Lasagna for a wedding and have the
no boil noodles. When I first tried these, it
took almost 2 hours before they were soft.
Any suggestions on how to use these noodles.
Does it help to make it the night before and refrigerate it to soften up the noodles?

First thing is, slide them into really hot water fopr about 5 minutes before layering them. Second thing is, yes, sitting overnight does help.
