How many pounds of potatoes do I need?

11/15/04 		I need to make mashed potatoes for about 12 people...how many pounds of potatoes should I buy?

You should make at least 1/2 recipe (I would mkake about 2/3). But since they can be frozen, you could make a full recipe.
