02/10/10 		If this is the main dish you want 2 cups per person, if a side dish without white ricer also, 1 cup, with white rice also about 2/3 cup.

02/10/10 		Thank you Ellen for your prompt reply. Yes this will be the main dish, but we will also be surving Spring rolls, and an Asian green salad.

02/10/10 		Thern you want to stick with 2 cups, and if it is buffet/ self serve, add another 10% for big eaters and seconds.
