I have precooked 3 pans of diced potatoes. Each pan has approx 10lbs (precooked/whole). I will need to reheat for serving. I need to know what temp and how long to cook just to reheat - and not overcook. Thanks! |

Preheat the oven. Little broth in the pan. Cover tightly. 40 minutes, approximately. |

Pretty forgiving, 325-375. The higher the temp, the shorter the time, You might stir once, and if you want dry/crispy, take the cover off the last 10 minutes. |
