Hamilton Beach -Scovill Fry All deep fryer cooker?

12/02/04 		I found a small deep fryer cooker the other day. It's called a Hamilton Beach-Scovill FryAll model # 2121. I called the company, and they said they have no information on it. Does anybody have a manual, or any information that might help me in using it?

12/04/04 		This is an older countertop deepfat fryer, usually they are not complicated. It was not manufactured by HB- some list Dominion as the maker. They usually have a temperature setting knob. If it lists foods instead, use a frying thermometer to check the actual temps. Some have a filter or antispatter system.
These come up on eBay used now and then, you could email an owner for questions.
