Dinner for 150 Cub Scouts & Families -IDEAS

I am in need of ideas for our Cub Scout Dinner about 150 people. We have done hamburger and Hot Dogs and pizza before. We have about a $400 budget for the dinner. We have 4 grills that can be used for cooking/re-heating.

Chicken. Pieces. Marinated or brined then baked or grilled. Or baked in the baked spaghetti recipe as a chicken cacciatore. Mac and cheese bake or baked rice pilaf. Broccoli and green beans and corn.

Really good dessert. Dump cake, apple cobbler, brownies.
