Roaster Oven Quantity 18qt

04/16/10 		I have read other posts but cannot find an answer. I have 80 pounds of pre-baked and frozen bone-in drummies/wings (about 600 pieces)that I will thaw in refrigerator before the party. I have not used a roaster, I am borrowing one. Do you know how many pieces it will fit and how long it will take to reheat?

04/16/10 		You can only do about 18 pounds at a time, you need several roasters if you want to get them all hot at the same time. If they are to be simmered in sauce, preheat the sauce before adding it to the roi\aster. Preheat the roaster at least 20 minutes, allow at least 3/4 hour if thawed, don't expect crisp.
