I not sure on the amount of green beans to prepare.

04/20/10 		If canned, you need 5 #10 cans per 100, if frozen, 22 pounds per 100, if fresh, 25 pounds per 100. If canned, do check out my recipe in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots, Ellen's Better Green Bean Casserole. It is really good. You would need 4 times the recipe.

04/28/10 		I am preparing a meal at church for 200 people (est) children and adults. Other items are: fried chicken, mac 'n cheese,baked ham, fried apples, potato salad, rools, tea, and assorted pies and cakes. I need to know how much buy at the store of each item to make these dishes.....I read the`100 section, but I still need HELP Thanks in advance.

You need to estimate how many are children and what ages, little kids eat little and teen eat up to double. You also need to use the lists to make an initial estimate and post it, then I will be glad to review and assist.

You need one piece of chicken and about 4 ounces of ready to eat ham, plus about 10% if it is self serve.

The dessert bar page tells all about quantities of desserts per 100.
